Refund and return policy<\/h1>\n

Ai sensi dell\u2019art. 5 Decreto Legislativo 185\/1999, il cliente ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessit\u00e0 di fornire spiegazioni e senza alcuna penalit\u00e0. Per esercitare tale diritto, il cliente dovr\u00e0 inviare a msedizioni.it una comunicazione in tal senso, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento dei prodotti. Tale comunicazione dovr\u00e0 essere inviata tramite mail all\u2019indirizzo: info@nigredopress.it<\/a>
Una volta pervenuta la suddetta comunicazione di recesso, Nigredo Press provveder\u00e0 rapidamente a comunicare al cliente le modalit\u00e0 di restituzione della merce che dovr\u00e0 avvenire entro le successive 48 ore. <\/p>\n

Qualora sia avvenuta la consegna del bene, il cliente \u00e8 tenuto a restituirlo entro sette giorni lavorativi decorrenti dalla data di ricevimento<\/strong> del bene secondo le seguenti modalit\u00e0: <\/p>\n

                      1. the purchased goods must be returned in the original packaging or similar and free of any dents, scratches, cuts or other damage that would reduce the commercial value;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          1. In accordance with the law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  1. in case of damage to the property during transport, Nigredo Press will notify the customer of the incident (within one working day after receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal or alternatively the value will be deducted from the amount of the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    Nigredo Press non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto\/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate; al suo arrivo in magazzino, il prodotto sar\u00e0 esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.
                                    Nigredo Press provveder\u00e0 a rimborsare al cliente l\u2019intero importo gi\u00e0 pagato, entro 14 giorni dal momento di accettazione del reso e sar\u00e0 cura del cliente fornire tempestivamente il metodo preferito per il rimborso tra paypal, carta di credito o bonifico bancario. <\/p>\n

                                    Qualora Nigredo Press ravvisi utilizzi distorti e\/o dannosi del diritto di reso provveder\u00e0 alla sospensione \/ chiusura dell\u2019account come da Termini di Servizio e di Vendita.<\/p>\n
