F.A.Q.
If you selected tracked shipping during purchase, you will receive the tracking code via email as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your inbox (including spam) for the confirmation message. If you have any problems, you can contact us for assistance.
We offer two shipping options:
- Untracked shipping (delivery in 7-8 business days): €2.50
- Tracked shipping (delivery in 1-2 business days): $6.50
You can select your preferred option during checkout.
We are always looking for new projects that exclusively reflect our philosophy. You can send us a brief description of your project via our contact form. We will carefully consider all proposals, but keep in mind that we receive many requests and will respond only to projects that we feel are harmonious with our editorial line.
If you are interested in working with Nigredo Press, either as an author, illustrator, or for other creative roles, please send us a message via the contact form on the website. Tell us about your experience and what you would like to accomplish with us. We are always open to new collaborations.
If you have opted for untracked shipping, delivery times may vary and take approximately 7-8 business days.
If it has been longer, please be patient for a few more days or contact us directly.
If, on the other hand, you have opted for tracked shipping and have not yet received your package within the 1-2 business days expected, we will check the tracking code or you can contact us for more information.
We also remind you that untracked shipping is a Piego di Libri delivered by Poste Italiane, so we are not responsible in case it is lost in delivery.
